I am a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and professional chef. Through these mediums I want to help people achieve their goals. We can work on weight loss, quitting smoking, managing stress and many other problems, large or small. The goal is become happier more balanced people with the skills to remain that way. I have been using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy myself and have found it to be a great help in my own life.
